Bike.

Garage Bike is a 45 minute high intensity yet low impact, full body, cardio dance party on a bike. It’s designed for everyBODY, and all fitness levels with lots of optional modifications to stay in or out of the saddle so you can listen to your body and push yourself how you need to without the intimidation factor of a leader board or distraction of a power meter. We ALWAYS ride to the beat of the music and incorporate upper body choreography (hello body rolls and ponytail flips). In this dark, candlelit room, you’ll be challenged, encouraged, cheered on, and see what you are truly capable of. You’ll also sing, laugh, woo and maybe cry all the emotional tears. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

GarageBarreClass

Barre.

Our classic barre class is a 55 minute high intensity, low impact (just fancy talk for no jumping), full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening and increasing balance at the barre and on the mat. We incorporate moves based in pilates, ballet, yoga and functional fitness using a ballet barre, therabands, pilates balls, and light hand weights. It’s definitely not your mama’s stretch class and will kick your peach yet is designed for ALL bodies and fitness levels with lots of optional modifications. Literally, zero judgement even if you just come to escape the crazy life and want to sneak in a mat nap. You do you, boo. Oh yea and we love to laugh, make up funny names for moves, play 90’s hip hop, and make room for everyone.

Bounce.

Garage Bounce is a 50 minute, full body, low impact, high intensity interval class alternating jumping on a rebounder (fancy word for trampoline), and sculpting and toning moves, using ankle weights, hand weights and resistance tubes complete with vibey music and lots of laughs. Literally our most fave workout ever!

Build.

A 55 minute, full body, strength training class designed to build muscles and enhance definition using heavier weights and increasing time under tension set to energetic music. We use 5-15 pound weights, fitness benches, bands & ankle weights focusing on 3 to 4 sets of around 8 to 12 reps with rest in between each set to achieve hypertrophy, which builds muscle and in turn you burn more calories throughout the day. It helps with insulin resistance, makes your joints stronger, protects bone health, increases metabolism & improves your mood. Every class ends in a foam rolling recovery and stretch. This low impact class is a PERFECT compliment to our 3 other fitness formats.
