EARLY CANCELLATIONS (no charge)
You can cancel your reservation at no cost to you 4 hours before the start of class time. Please cancel if you think you may not be able to make it to allow for others to get a spot. You can cancel on the Garage Barre App, Mindbody App or on your laptop.
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
If you cancel your class less than 4 hours before class begins, your paid class will be forfeited. If you are on an unlimited package, your account will be charged $5 per class late cancelled. If you no show for your scheduled class, your account will be charged $10 (since no one had a chance to grab your spot at the last minute.) This includes if you’re wait listed and got automatically moved into class. Make sure to check your app, email or texts to see if you got placed into class. You can sign up for text alerts in your app or give us a call and we'll set them for you. We have limited spaces and want to ensure those who want to come to class get a spot.
You can schedule your classes out 30 days in advance!
Wait list management is automated through our Garage Barre App serviced by MindBody, so please only add yourself to a wait list if you are confident you can make the class. You will be notified by email if a spot opens and you're enrolled in the class or you can sign up for text alerts. It is your responsibility to check your email to see if you've been added to the class. You can be added to the class up until an hour before class begins. If you are added and no show, you will still be charged a no show fee since there are people on the wait list behind you that want to get in. Treat a waitlist spot just like you're booked for class because you most likely will get in. If you know you won't be able to make it, simply take your name off the waitlist with no penalty.
You may try to get into class by simply showing up Stand By or walk in without a reservation. You MUST have already created an account and purchased classes to walk in. Reserved spots will be released 5 minutes prior to class starting and given to wait listed participants first and then participants on Stand By. Classes and wait lists may appear full throughout the week but day of class, people cancel and spots become available. It is worth it to show up and perhaps snag a spot because even though our schedule appears full all week, there are usually a few spots open.
If you're 10 minutes late, hop on in, do a few jumping jacks to get your heart rate up, and then join the class! Any later than 10-15 minutes, and we ask (for YOUR health and benefit) for you to skip that class and make your next one! If you're more than 10 minutes late, your spot may have been given to someone off the waitlist.
SWITCHING CLASS TIMES
There's no switching within the 4 hour window because the spot you’ve been in has been held for some time and prevented someone else from getting into the time you’re booked. Day of, if you see open spots in another class but you’re already booked for a different class, please contact us before switching or you will be charged the $5 late cancel or $10 no show fee from the other class. We may be able help you out, depending on available space, if it's a special circumstance.
SHARING CLASS PACKAGES
Class packages and memberships may not be shared between clients. Each individual must create their own account, sign their own waiver and purchase their own classes. If you wish to gift someone classes, you may purchase them a gift card.
To cancel your membership, email firstname.lastname@example.org 15 DAYS BEFORE your next draft date. You will fill out a brief form to completely your termination and be emailed a confirmation once it's received. If it's less than 15 days before your next draft, it'll be terminated for the following month's draft.
