TERMS & CONDITIONS

Barreistas Inc. (d/b/a Garage Barre + Bike™)
(“GB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
By purchasing, booking, or attending any class, service, or event, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. CLASS ATTENDANCE & LATE POLICY
• Entry is strictly prohibited more than 5 minutes after class start time for safety reasons. No exceptions.
• Reserved spots may be released to waitlisted clients 2 minutes prior to class start time if you have not checked in.
• Clients may notify the Studio of late arrival via phone/text at 615-580-7630. GB may, at its sole discretion, hold the reservation.
2. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
• Clients must check in no later than 2 minutes prior to class start time.
• Failure to check in may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot without refund or credit.
3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class start time.
• Timely cancellations return the class credit to your account.
• Late cancellations incur a $5 fee and return the class credit.
• No-shows incur a $10 fee and return the class credit.
• All fees are charged automatically to the card on file.
• Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended.
4. EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS
Emergency exception requests may be submitted for documented circumstances.
All exceptions are granted at GB’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
5. WAITLIST POLICY
• Waitlists are managed through Zingfit.
• Clients may be added up to 1 hour prior to class start time.
• Clients are responsible for monitoring notifications.
• If added and not canceled in time, applicable fees apply.
• GB is not responsible for booking errors or duplicate reservations.
6. WALK-IN POLICY
• Walk-ins require an active account and valid class credit.
• Availability is not guaranteed.
7. CLASS CHANGES
• Class changes are not permitted within the 4-hour window prior to class.
• Contact hello@garagebarre.com for assistance.
• Unauthorized changes may result in fees.
8. MEMBERSHIPS
• Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• A minimum of 15 days’ written notice is required to cancel or freeze.
• Freeze requests are limited to 30 days per request.
• Requests must be sent to hello@garagebarre.com.
• GB may suspend or terminate memberships at its discretion.
9. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
All memberships, packages, and credits:
• Are non-transferable
• May not be shared
Each Client must maintain an individual account and executed waiver.
10. SALES & REFUND POLICY
• All class purchases are final and non-refundable.
Retail:
• Must be returned within 30 days
• Must be unworn and unwashed
• Eligible for exchange or store credit only
11. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY
GB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Unclaimed items may be donated after 30 days.
12. MEDIA & DEVICE POLICY
• Phones and recording devices are not permitted during class.
• Violations may result in removal from class or termination of services.
13. CYCLE SHOE & EQUIPMENT POLICY
• Cleated shoes may only be worn in designated areas.
• Improper use is at your own risk.
Clients are responsible for:
• Proper cleat installation
• Any damage caused to studio equipment (up to $200 repair/replacement)
14. SCHEDULE
Class schedules are released monthly and may change without notice.
15. STUDIO RULES
Clients agree to:
• Silence devices
• Follow instructor guidance
• Respect staff and other clients
• Maintain hygiene and appropriate conduct
• Disclose injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to class
Failure to comply may result in removal or termination without refund.
16. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge that:
• You are physically capable of participating in fitness activities
• You have consulted a physician or chosen not to
• You will inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy
You accept full responsibility for your health and participation and understand that you are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Garage Barre + Bike™ programming, choreography, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Barreistas Inc.
You agree not to:
• Record classes
• Copy or reproduce content
• Use content for commercial purposes
All content is for personal use only.
18. MEDIA RELEASE
By attending classes, you grant permission to Barreistas Inc. (d/b/a Garage Barre + Bike™) to use your name, image, likeness, or voice in:
• Marketing
• Social media
• Advertising
You waive any right to compensation or approval of such materials.
19. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
GB reserves the right to refuse service, remove any Client, or terminate memberships for:
• Policy violations
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior
20. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
You acknowledge that:
• Fitness activities involve inherent risks
• You voluntarily assume all such risks
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Tennessee, Barreistas Inc. (d/b/a Garage Barre + Bike™) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
21.MINORS (Under 18)
Clients under the age of 18 but no younger than 13, may only participate in classes, services, or activities at Garage Barre + Bike with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian must:
• Create or approve the minor’s account
• Review and sign the Liability Waiver & Release Agreement on behalf of the minor
• Accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation
By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian agrees to:
• All Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor
• The terms of the Liability Waiver & Release Agreement
• Assume all risks associated with the minor’s participation
• Indemnify and hold harmless Barreistas Inc. (d/b/a Garage Barre + Bike™) from any claims arising from the minor’s participation
Garage Barre + Bike reserves the right to deny participation to any minor who does not have a properly executed waiver and consent on file.
22. AGREEMENT
By purchasing, booking, or attending any class or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
